XetusOne is the first LOS to deliver Processing Simultaneity, revolutionizing every aspect of loan processing. XetusOne pushes all processing and collection of information to users' PCs – changes on any PC simultaneously update the PCs of everyone else working on that loan. For example, if a loan officer assigns a borrower to a loan processor, changes made by the loan processor appear simultaneously on the loan officer's PC. Processing Simultaneity keeps all workers current. The result is a dramatic reduction in email and workflow/process management.

The XetusOne's embedded document management solution makes processing paperless. Virtually any format – PDFs, Microsoft Word or Excel, TIFFs, photos, XHTML and more – can be securely collected into the borrower's loan folder or delivered electronically as needed. Fax headers created by XetusOne direct faxed documents to Xetus, where they are automatically converted to a PDF and inserted into the appropriate loan folder.

All documents go into and are accessed from the loan folder of the borrower. XetusOne document management solution eliminates risks to client data by insuring that only those authorized can see borrower information.

Because documents are held in the borrower's loan folder indexing schemes aren't needed. Documents are seen by all working on a loan as they are added. This moves the process forward and assures better control of the lending process.

When the loan closes every document imaged, scanned or put into the loan folder can be securely delivered, for archiving or sales.

 The XetusOne secure borrower portal personalizes the lending experience for the borrower and elevates the professionalism of the broker. The loan officer can take a borrower's loan application collaboratively, over the phone; with the borrower and the loan officer working independently on their own PCs each can see what the other types as they work together to complete the loan application. A loan officer can also securely deliver documents and give controlled access to credit reports. The borrower can sign documents and then, using the XetusOne fax header, fax them directly into the XetusOne electronic loan folder.

 XetusOne's wholesale web portal has advanced features and tightly couples independent brokers to your processors from submission through close. XetusOne enables you to outsource their processing. Your wholesale brokers will love the benefits of the XetusOne (AJAX) portal that allows them to submit loans and collaborate. They gain access to your XetusOne document management solution, the loan program details, the document requirements, underwriting conditions and have real-time status until the loan is closed.
